I see no reason why it can't be freezed in small batches. So one can make a large quantity and have supplies for a while.

My grandmother kept a roll of very thin gauge stainless steel wire in the kitchen to cut fudge and divinity.

I've always heard of doing it with wire, too! Just make sure it's clean. Razz

The name "chick lit" often bothers me, but I do enjoy reading it from time to time, especially on planes. I'm sure it would be much more fun to translate than business docs!
