i did the same thing lot of recipe online to cure olive all involving long complicated process and sometime dangerous chemical. Crying or Very sad i just seasonned already cured one .

so many stores, from department store eg: Ino to wine and alcohol chain store :Nicolas or cave de bachus.All should carry basic fruit alcohol not liquors .ask for eau de vie de.....mirabelle,poire etc ...

1st i will drink it strait up 2nd use it in a sabayon (beat it with some egg yok and heavy cream over low heat to make a custard like dessert ) 3rd use it as a topping on vanilla ice cream. Wink
