i really just made it up......4 med sized yams or sweet taters (which i microwaved & scooped out)....1 cup light brown sugar (u can do with less i think) ...2 eggs, a couple sloshes of milk....i g ...

any kind of roasted meat (chix, pork, duck)...or on toasts with goat cheese, or with any spicy food (Indian, etc) to cut spiciness a bit.....

i have done both ...fed homemade food and store bought & i cant honestly say i saw much difference in health or coat in my cats & dogs...it was a lot of trouble to make ur own....i used brown ...
