I would say, though I'm not sure, that you could easily leave 1/4th part of the sugar out without it having much consequen ...

And they had cinnamon chips. Like chocolate chips. But cinnamon.

I am, ofcourse, not born and raised in the UK or USA. Therefore I have no idea what would be the difference between a cobbler, a crisp and a crumble....aren't they all fruit on the bottom-crumbly doug ...
