Is there somewhere people can promote their own food-related blogs on these forums? While I'd like to get more traffic to my own, it would be good to find more. Not that we'll ever find one like C&Z, I'm guessing... |

Great idea! My food blog is just a baby, so I'd appreciate the feedback as well as the traffic.
Filipe- your blog is lovely. Especially the photography.

Personally I think a PM to Clotilde first might be nice manners. _________________ If you cannot feel your arteries hardening, eat more cheese. If you can, drink more red wine. Diet is just "die" with a "t" on the end. Exercise is walking into the kitchen. |

You are more than welcome to bring the attention of other forum members to your blog in this thread!
I have moved the topic here (from the Suggestions forum), as it is the resources forum and it seems more fitting.
Clotilde.

Ah, obviously I need to learn French, as there are some tasty looking treats there, but I don't understand a word of it.
I might as well post my recently moved and updated effort (no it's nowhere near as nicely written as Clotilde's).

is Clotilde not one of the most gracious of souls...

Madame - Clotilde is indeed very gracious.
David - I think learning Portuguese would be more helpful to learn so we can read Filipe's blog. I like the pictures and the stages of your breads baking. When I start making my own, I'll use your blogsite as my guide.
Filipe - great pictures of Gerard Mulot's patisseries not to mention how good they are. Pierre Herme is my no. 1 stop. I finally made it to Patrick Roger and was disappointed with his chocolates - beautiful green box, though.
Caroline - I like the way your blog is set-up. Pictures always motivate me to cook and bake. It is like a comfortable nudge....

Oh how embarrassing
I'm usually fairly decent at picking out what another language is, but then I haven't really been exposed to Portuguese.

David,
I only recognized it because my brother is living in Lisbon right now and of course, I am saving Filipe's posts on what to do in Lisbon. He's got some neat and great ideas on how to fill someone's time while visiting his country. Wanted to take advantage of my brother being there - hopefully I can pull it off.
It's only about 4:20 Wednesday afternoon here in San Francisco but your breakfast of fresh bread dipped in homemade custard sounds like a delicious gouter to me. YUM!

So I started this thread, but forgot to come back and see what was happening...
My blog can be found at http://www.superfood.blog-city.com
Great to see there are loads of good food blogs out there - pity is I don't have time to read them |

Has anyone else had a problem getting their blog mentioned on kiplog? There seems to be no place to submit your name. Has anybody else successfully done this?
SO, my blog is called Porcini Chronicles: http://porcinichronicles.blogspot.com/ |

Nice blog Susan.
How do you manage to have those "RECIPES" and "LINKS" sections on the left column? I haven't find any tool on Blogger to do that |

Hello!
I'm new to the forums (but not C&Z) and am looking forward to checking out all of your yummy sounding blogs.
Meanwhile, mine is called Farmgirl Fare:http://farmgirlfare.com.
It really is a food blog, but since it's lambing season right now, you'll have to search between the sheep photos to find the recipes. Plus the critters kind of take over some of the time. |
