Apologies, Clotilde, if I've put this post in the wrong section, but as the movie is set in Paris I thought it would fit well here.

I've just seen this lovely movie, which is actually a sequel to 'Before Sunrise', which was set in Vienna 9 years earlier, and was showing in the cinemas about 9 years ago.

Before Sunset is filmed around Paris, features the Shakespeare & More bookshop (sorry if I got the name wrong), Notre Dame and many wonderful street scenes as the 2 main characters walk through Paris and catch up on the last 9 years of each others' lives.

It's a great movie, the 2 main characters, Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy, have excellent chemistry and really behave like 2 people interacting, not just 2 actors playing their roles.

Judy...I agree agree agree! It's an exquisite film...and the last scene! I thought I'd die!..I know this is a food site, however, how about her jacket in the first scene..the texture and cut were divine. An intelligent and gorgous film ~ rare these days.

oh, and her apartment! as soon as it comes out on dvd guess who'll snap one up...moi!
