My wife & I are headed to Jackson Hole Wyoming for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays.
I have never done any baking at elevations above sea level before and would like to know about adjustments for breads, sponges (genoise & chiffon). Do any of you bake at elevations between 7000-8000 ft? ThanksÂ…
