I ran across this this morning and I just finished downloading it to my recipe DB and cleaning it up.
I hope it will be useful to someone here as well.

That's one to be clipped, laminated and taped inside the cabinet door! Thanks!
I used to write the volume of my pans on the bottom in "permanent" marker ... it kept washing off so I gave up :-)
Cheers,

Rainey! Must be ESP...I've been wondering where you were. Busy doing only creative and happy-making things, I hope.
And thanks for passing along this useful info. |

(I'll bet many are awaiting the Return of Rainey!)
This cake pan list is great, very comprehensive, I'm always nervous when I don't have the right pan. Also, I'm glad to see that a substitute for an 8" round pan is-------- a 9" round pan! I've been doing that forever, but now I have permission.
Always bedeviled by dry and cooked pasta measurements--weight and cups don't mix--I was relieved to finally one day read that pasta doubles in size (approx.) when it's cooked. Rice triples. And a serving of spaghetti is a sheaf about the size of a dime. |

Yeah. I've been neglecting everyone and everything for a while.
I had a nasty patch for a while but I'm beginning to get past feeling sorry for myself and wallowing.
Nice to be missed! ;> _________________ God writes a lot of comedy... the trouble is, he's stuck with so many bad actors who don't know how to play funny. -- Garrison Keillor |

Hope all is well now and you are wallowing in bread-making activities instead of sorrows. Drat thee, nasty patch, stand not upon the order of thy going but go at once!!
Lots of goodly wishes upon you Rainey, from er, rainy England! _________________ Confusion comes fitted as standard. |
