Lovely to 'meet' you Debbie! Good to see a painting of yours, albeit in the middle of it and not finished. Still impressive.

Lovely as well to see the merveilleux Guy! An utterly gorgeous cat! I have so got to get to Paris... I promise I won't try to steal Guy... honest!

That bulldog who owned the cafe looked a bit of a tough guy tho'! Wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night down an allee!

Wow! The video is terrific! Debbie, you are a natural. You made everything look so effortless. Perhaps a new career as a travel guide??

Guy looked in charge of his world, of course, and seemed nonplussed by the intrusion of a camera.

It was nice having a peek into your window on Paris.

Debbie, lovely to see you again - and Guy too, of course! I agree with msue, you'd be a natural as a travel guide. (I also now feel rather ashamed of myself for never having visited the Musee de Montmartre - that will have to be corrected on my next trip to Paris!)

Embarassed Embarassed Thank you for all the kind comments Embarassed Embarassed

For the Aussie contingent. You now need to look out for a new show on channel 7 called the Outdoor Room with Jamie Durie. When they do Paris you may see me as I was their local liaison and worked with them for a few weeks here filming. I am not the presenter, it will be Jamie, but you will see me as an extra in quite a few shots.

Swan, you know you would be very welcome anytime you wanted to drop by.

Lilia, I will always have time for you as well, so no rdv needed with an agent.. Laughing

Griffin, you wouldn't be able to steal Guy any longer. He is now 6kilos and still growing! Shocked Makes the other kitties at our evening playdates look like they are babies. Still an absolute sook though and a real Mummies boy. If they hiss at him he just looks wounded and needs a big cuddle from Mummy to make it better. Wouldn't want to be a bird or other "prey animal" though as he would attack them! (BTW, did you like the bedspread he was sitting on? I made that bedcover last year, and the curtains in the appt and cushion covers etc. Be inspired to start sewing Griffin)

The french bulldog is called Siam and he is gorgeous. Judy and Greg met him when they were here. Another one who looks big and ferocious and really is a big wimp. More likely to lick you to death and show you to the cash and valuables than protect them!

Funny you say about being a travel guide...... I used to run my own tour company in Aus before I started doing archaeology..... think it is a case of, you can take the girl out of........ Wink

Had an email the other day from the tv station saying that my segment was hugely popular. I laughed and told my husband that maybe it was because I told friends and family, who told friends and family, who told friends and family etc etc etc Just shows what the power of word of mouth can do.

What a great tv spot Debbie, sounds like you are in demand with the oz tv stations! I'm sorry I missed it when it originally aired. Will have to look out for the Musee Montmatre if/when I manage to get to Paris- it looks gorgeous!

Well done- very impressive Very Happy

Er, you are sure he isn't a very soppy rare tiger cub?! I admit I didn't notice the bedspread... I was too busy looking at him! Embarassed Have just had a look at the bedspread. Quite lovely... but it is definitely enhanced by Guy's presence!! Very Happy He really is a gorgeous cat.

So... a Siamese bulldog?! Confused

Actually he looks like he ought to be in a cartoon - that black and white is perfect for L'aventures de Siam.
