C & Z was the first food blog I read. Actually it was the first blog I read. It inspired me to start my own blog and changed my world. I have met the most wonderful people through my blog (and through C & Z). My world has been enriched by the friendships I've formed. So thank you Clotilde and happy blog anniversary. I'll be raising a glass...and fork to you this evening. _________________ Barbara |

Hi Clotilde, I'm with Barbara, yours is the blog that introduced me to the wonderful world of blogging. I don't know whether I should thank you or not as I seem to spend a lot of time on the computer instead of doing housework (so maybe I should indeed thank you lol). Happy anniversary. |

Aww, thank you so much for your kind words!
Chocolate & Zucchini has changed my life, too, and my interactions with you all -- readers, bloggers, and fellow cooks -- are the most precious of all the gifts it has brought me.
This anniversary is really ours, so Happy Anniversary to you, too!
Warmly,
Clotilde. |

Happy anniversary, Clotilde, both from me (you've given me so many happy hours of reading and cooking since I discovered C&Z a bit over three years ago) and on behalf of everyone I've cooked for from both the website and the book! |

Happy Sixth Clotilde and thank you for this amazing place.
If I ever want inspiration for food... I inevitably come here. I also still cook pasta using the Absorption method because of your recipe. And if it weren't for this place... I would never have met Madame and we wouldn't have a blog either. Truly it is written, blog begets blog! _________________ Confusion comes fitted as standard. |

Happy, happy 6th anniversary to Clotilde and to Chocolate and Zucchini.
And Happy 5th anniversary to the Forums.
Both have opened up a whole new world of food and friends to so many of us. Thank you so much Clotilde. _________________ Doing what you like is freedom

Chocolate and Zucchini is an example of what can go really right with the internet.
Before the internet and C&Z, people who were obsessed with food and cooking had to keep it to themselves if they couldn't find like-minded persons within their families, circle of friends or at work. Now there's a place where we can all go and obsess about food together! _________________ "Help! Help! I'm being repressed!" --- Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I wonder how long it will be before Clotilde gets an offer to do her own tv show. I imagine it as her interviewing shop owners in and around Paris and then ending it with a cooking segment inspired by the theme ingredient of the show. _________________ "Help! Help!
