Hey there, everyone! I've been following the Chocolate and Zucchini blog for quite some time now; and as I mentioned in a previous post, I want to start my own blog. Of course, I don't really know what to write about (in terms of food) and I was hoping to meet some other bloggers on here. So, where are you bloggers? Are there any others around? If you're not afraid to speak up, I'd love to know what you guys write about. Where do you get your inspiration from? _________________ I wish I knew those cold stone hours . . . CadburyQueen... or as I ought to say, Your most Chocolate Majesty...
I am a blogger too and anabeni is right, it can be fun... it can, when nothing comes to mind to write down be extremely frustrating too!! Mine and Madame Shawshank's blog is http://snapperandthegriffin.blogspot.com/ and started on this blog/website.
If you look at the 'Other Things' section and look for 'What's your pleasure Griffin's suggested topic title' you can see how it started.
My friend Penny who was at school with me (!!) has a blog where she talks about her life and just stuff http://pennyshenhouse.blogspot.com/
So I would say, have a look at a blog and then at the blog list which shows the favourite blogs or sites of the blogger. That will lead you down some interesting pathways and may give you an idea of what to blog about.
Be original is the key, I think. Among the favourites on my list are Ric-Rac, the life of a very funny and witty and talented crafter of soft 'toys'. There is We Three Cats which is by an illustrator Jackie Morris who lives near the Pembrokeshire coast and is about her gorgeous ginger cats, Pixie, Maurice and Elmo, but includes the other cats and dogs too. There are others, but have a look and see if they give you any ideas.
Blogger.com is very easy to use to start your own blog too. Unless you have the skills of Clotilde of course!! _________________ Confusion comes fitted as standard. |
