Hi,

The same as conventional cooking? Many things taste the same, some things taste better cooked in a microwave, and it's much quicker. I just wondered if they destroy nutrients in food though?

Regards

Microwaving is, essentially, a steaming process. That's how it "cooks" food; by heating internal moisture at the molecular level.

There is no reason that nutrients will be effected any more than other cooking methods.

Microwaving can, unquestionably, be faster. But I'd question your comment that some things taste better made in a microwave.
