Here are a couple of absolutely fascinating web links for those who like nostalgia.

Wonder who has the time to gather all this stuff?

Wonderful.

Take a look at the Disneyland Photo Tour at the Imaginary World site: half the men are wearing suit jackets & the women are wearing pearls!!! Great site, Sarape.

Omigod!!! There was a Winky Dink postcard on that site! I watched Winky Dink when I was just a tiny kid. I had the Winky Dink "screen" for my TV so I could write on the screen to follow the clues. It was a piece of green tinted vinyl that worked by static cling. I used to say it gave us color TV when there were only a handful of color TVs in the country.

It has stuff from the original Beany & Cecil puppet show before someone turned it into a cartoon!

That was sooooo much fun!

I was thinking that I should warn everyone not to go there unless you had a lot of free time to kill. Those cereal boxes are kind of addictive.

I also had the Winky Dink kit. I remember waiting for it in the mail and watching the show before it arrived. All the time spent waiting for those old cereal-box treasures to get delivered.

And remember when the back of the cereal box had a cardboard 45 rpm record to play?

Remember these majic moons?

Put them in water and in a few days you have stalagmites and stalagtites.
