I did a little jig when Dan and Steve won the only other ones I liked were Hans and Eric. Hans was a fantastic cook and did so well until he forgot everything the judges told him in the end. Eric was painful to watch use a knife but I wanted to put a bow on his head and give him away for Christmas he was so sweet. Dan and Steve had the personality, wit and technical know how to fit the bill. It also killed me when they started the fire. _________________ "It's watery....and yet there's a smack of ham."

I loved their (seemingly) laid back attitude to the fire:
"You want to put that out?"
"Oh, I suppose so."
Or something to that effect. It's been nearly two months since I saw that challenge. I wish them well, and if Soup to Nuts is ever on when I am at home and in the mood to watch television, I will certainly tune in. Btw, I thought that name was the best part of their presentation. It's one of my favorite "lost" phrases in the English language. So many people have no idea what it means or where it came from, which is a shame.
