I heard the story about you on NPR, and was immediately intrigued. I went onto the blog a few days later, and I've been hooked ever since. _________________ Live as if to die tomorrow. Learn as if to live forever.

I think I also heard about C&Z on NPR. But it took me awhile to start exploring the site (and posting!)
Cheers,

It was an article in the New York Times. |

I believe there was an article about it in the New Mexican. Bless them. |

The Valentine's Day NPR story on Chocolate-Ginger tartlets caught my eye. I followed the link to C&Z and somehow found the recipe for Flourless Orange-Ginger cake (I remember distinctly!) Yum. I was hooked. _________________ "We all write poems; it is simply that poets are the ones who write in words." - John Fowles |

I was looking for Nutella recipes, found a very nice one at Il Forno. There I clicked the link to your blog...both are under my favourites since then (=yesterday). You're blog is inspiring! |

I heard the NPR piece but I never got around to looking for the site until about a week ago. I love the blog, the recipes and all of the good tips from fellow foodies.

I found it by googling I believe food blog when I was on a hunt for food styling blogs, and well I fell in love with it. And now that I found the forums I have hours of endless reading to do. |

I was lucky to meet some wonderful people in 'boot camp' class at the Culinary Institute of America. A few of the girls were talking about blogs and this was their favorite. Now it is a favorite of mine too!

I was systematically working my way down the blogs posted on 'A Blithe Palate'. Some didn't catch my attention as much, this one definitely did. I read the last two years worth in about a month, and it's almost weird to be here in real time. |

I googled "chocolate". _________________ "Strength is the capacity to break a chocolate bar in four pieces with your bare hands--and then just eating one piece" - Judith Viorst |

I read about Clotilde in our local paper - The San Francisco Chronicle - I love food and France especially Paris, I got hooked right away. This is the only blogsite I visit regularly. I love the musings of Clotilde and every time she goes out to lunch and dinner with Maxence and her other friends (and not to forget the Pierre Herme postings). they are added to my list of places to try when I am in Paris.
Then, there are all the now familiar names from all over the world. I love reading the differences and similarities of food lovers wherever they are from.
Clotilde, merci pour les plaisirs! _________________ "A man hath no better thing under the sun than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry." |

A friend of mine talked to me about this blog, and about the chocolate and zucchini cake. I was intrigued by it, and visited the site, thus finding out what a food blog is... |

I read an article about food blogs in my favorite magazine Elle _________________ "Si vous n'êtes pas capable d'un peu de sorcellerie, ce n'est pas la peine de vous mêler de cuisine" - Colette - |
