It's a great site that explains the ins and outs of eating different cuisines at foreign food restaurants- everything from choosing where to sit in a sushi restaurant (counter vs. table/booth), to how to eat Ethiopian food with your fingers, to what dishes are good for first-time eaters in a Thai restaurant. There's also a restaurant finder function, so you can find a restaurant near you.
Drop by to ask a question, give a tip, or read about a cuisine.

Sounds like a lot of fun. My friends and I could have used this site in high school. Six of us went to a sushi bar for the first time and ordered 1 plate of sushi among us all (6 pieces). Peggy had no desire to taste raw fish so she went for the little green blob (the wasabe) thinking it was all vegetable, no fish. Well, her head exploded and she's never tried sushi again. |

Susan, that's hilarious! A friend of mine ordered edamame, and didn't know that he's only supposed to eat the beans, so he stuffed the whole pods in his mouth. |
