Hello everyone. I will be in Courchevel in March for skiing. Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations? There are two michelin-starred restaurants, Cabichou and Le Bateau Ivre, and I don't want to eat at both. Is there a reason to prefer one over the other? |

Hi,
both are great restaurants ! The main difference between them at first is their style. Le Chabichou is an old style chalet (but white !) hotel while the Bateau Ivre is rather modern, with glass walls and geometric architecture. You can enjoy a great night-view during meal at the Bateau Ivre, while your only view at the chabichou is the dinner room, so, different styles.
Whatever, the food there is great, they are both there for quite a while, keeping their reputation in a great shape. You can always change your mind looking at the Carte at the last moment, those two restaurants are facing each other on each side of the road. |
