Erin, great to 'see' you again, and to read your news. Sounds like life is great. I'd like to know more about all those things you mentioned, but in particular

Your connection in publishing
Your seriously good mole (recipe please)
Where you're headed when you're outta there in 15 months.... fantastic news!!

Hi Judy,

Sorry I've taken so long to answer your post.

My connection in publishing was established while I was working on a fund raiser for the shelter. I have been slowly working on a cookbook for about a century now and she is interested in helping me get connected. Yay! An actual book is still a ways off, but now I have hope.

I have no idea where we are headed yet. Bureaucrats you know, they like to keep you dangling in the wind. I still want to go back west, but I have recently fallen in love with Boston. I guess that's a good thing because Phil's people up there want him there.

As for the mole, I'll post it later in the recipes forum. I'm telling you it's like crack.
