My favourite Moroccan Restaurant is in Paris in the 7th District (so its within the main centre of Paris).
If you ever want to try it out I highly recommend a Lamb Tagine but all the food looks delicious.
Restaurant:
Tipaz
155 rue Saint-Charles
75015 Paris
Tél : 01 45 54 01 17
Metro: Cambronne and its about a 10 minute walk
Web:

I suggest making a reservation during summer (especially on a Saturday night) because its very popular with tourist and locals.
They don't speak English very much but they do have an English menu (if you don't speak french) and they are very helpful, attentive and friendly and the food is fantastic and also very reasonable quantities and prices.
Please give it a try. The food is excellent all year round but I like going in Summer mainly because they open the front glass doors and you have a gorgeous cool evening sitting near the open doors onto the street and have lovely candlelight, wine and conversation and it's over all too quickly. Moroccan food isn't something I thought I'd like, I thought it'd be too spicy but it's really not, if you do want it spicier just ask them.
Enjoy,
