ah, ofcourse, the Socca! Liked it! Had a good Nicoise lunch in the old town one day with Socca, Salade Nicoise and courgette-flowers-fritters. And rosé ofcourse.

I want to, have to, go to L'Olivier!!!! Oh Swan, different olive oils with each course! What a fabulous education that would be for us North Americans in particular! Sounds very much like my kind of place!
