Thought you might enjoy this article from The New York Times. For some reason, or other, I've been thinking of MFK today. One thing lead to another and I came across this:

I wonder why today, especially, I'm thinking of her spirit.

What fascinated me was the reference to David Pleydell-Bouverie. There was a studio potter called Katherine Pleydell-Bouverie who worked with Bernard Leach. It's possible that she might have been related to David.

I liked MFK's sign to trespassers - 'Trespassers will be violated'!!!! Hmm, I would have taken the chance!
