I have used Clotilde's conversion chart regularly since I found it early this year. It's very accurate and I printed it out and stuck in the back of my recipe folder for easy reference as I didn't like continually having to log onto the computer everytime a recipe called for a tablespoon of butter. Thanks for the other references- very helpful, particularly the Gourmet sleuth one for those of us who are not very good at maths |
