Against my will, in the course of my travels, the belief that everything worth knowing was known at Cambridge gradually wore off. In this respect my travels were very useful to me. -Bertrand Russell philosopher, mathematician, author, Nobel laureate (1872-1970)

the quirkiness of stationary travel

For me the ANTICIPATION of travel, the planning and reading is almost as much fun as the adventure itself. Although our main holiday is yet 5 months away We already have books, websites etc and I'm trying to track down a beginner Italian summer class! And looking for an Italian food dictionary like the cute little ones we take to France.
