i was browsing the Jan. Martha Stewart Living mag. and came upon a lovely article by Clotilde about citrus dishes...the girl gets around! Interesting, refreshing recipes (esp. after weeks of holiday eating!) and lovely pics too...... _________________ Make me half the person my dog thinks I am. |

A neighbor who is living away for a little while came across this same article and sent the magazine to me. What a happy discovery. And I learned that what I'd always referred to as the Mineola tangelo was actually the Minneola (two n's) tangelo. Mineola, Texas, the source of my confusion, is too far north for citrus. It never made sense until I finally noticed the spelling! |
