The swiss chard gratin with vegan bechamel, posted on this site, is now one of my go-to recipes.
I used a variation on the bechamel to make a lasagna with wild mushrooms and swiss chard, and it's so great. Nice to be able to eat lasagna without clogging your arteries. And traditional Italian lasagna is made with bechamel. So thank you, Clotilde! _________________ Cathy
