I want to try and make corned beef (I live in Lyon, France) and other cured meats. Where can I find saltpeter (Alton Brown's recipe) and pink salt (CIA Garde Manger)? I figured that a place that cures this much meat has GOT to have it somewhere!

Also, cheesecloth..
