I just received my copy of Cuisine et Vins de France magazine and there's a great sounding salmon recipe that calls for "anis vert." I've been unable to find a translation, or any source that would let me know what it is. Does anyone know? _________________ "Cooking, like love, should be entered into with abandon, or not at all." "Anis vert" is aniseed, as opposed to "anis étoilé", which is star anise.
Hope that helps!
