Hi Clotilde,
If you still need people I'll be happy to be a tester.
I think it's great that you're doing this book.
Regards,
Susan

Clotilde,
I would be pleased to offer a bit of Canadian content, if you still need anybody.

Peet.

Hi Clotilde,

Unfortunately I live in Paris (well that's not such a bad thing) but I am Canadian Smile, does that count? I would love to test some recipes....

"Unfortunately I live in Paris"....try as I might I can't understand that part of your sentence...

those words don't compute .....

I found them difficult to type Wink

Yes Yes Yes I do understand in the context..however even the LOOK of those 5 words seems weird...

do give my heart's affection to that city I adore...merci

Hi Clotilde,

I might be late in responding, but I would love to help if you are still looking for Canadian testers. I've got lots of shiny kitchen tools that need to be exercised, and I'm a pretty good note taker!

Best of luck with the cookbook, I'm sure it will be a great success.

Clotilde, I may be a little late, but would enjoy working to test recipes for you. No professional, I do have some experience as I have cooked for myself and friends for the last 36 years. I also enjoy trying new things.

I'd be very interested in testing your recipes!!! I'm from Waterloo, Ontario, which has been described as a cultural vaccuum. That being said, I'd love to test your recipes if you'll still have me. Very Happy

See what happens when I'm not around for awhile? I hope I'm not too late, but I would be delighted to test some recipes.

i was alerted to your need for recipe testers by my dear friend, mevrouw cupcake. i would love to be of help, if you need it; it seems you have a load of support. i am a chef by profession, cook by passion and take the approach of eating my way through life. i live in brooklyn and work as a caterer and private chef. i have taken up the practice of setting my cooking to recipes for the past few years. i am trained to cook in the metric (graduate of FCI (French Culinary Institute) and borne to the willynilly american measures. most of all: i am hungry approximately every 3 hours. i am an avid cook and copious notetaker and love what you are doing here so i'd be more than happy to help. i must say that i would love to include an emoticon, but there is not a devil with a smile on her face!
in any case, i am available to help if you would like.

I would love to be one of your recipe testers. I'm a vegetarian (lacto-ovo) and will test anything that is vegetarian friendly. I have a Pastry and Baking degree from the Institute of Culinary Education so baking is my specialty, but I'm willing to test any type of recipe. I can be available as soon as possible. This would be a great opportunity for me and I would love to participate.
