I was surfing the internet late last year for a recipe for a chocolate cake I could prepare for my in-laws in the coming holidays. C&Z came up, and like most of you, I was hooked - C&Z was the first blog I came across, and thanks to Clotilde, I "met" many other food bloggers as well as non-blogger foodies. And C&Z was the primary inspiration in my starting out on my own. |

backed in to it several months ago while looking for information or a recipe, perhaps for fregola sarda. Now I'm addicted to C&Z! |

I found out about C&Z unfortunately very late, through an article entitled "My Paris is Better Than Yours" in Frommer's Budget Travel magazine. Better late than never, I suppose. |

Hi. I went right to Chocolate and Zucchini after I read about it recently in the American magazine "Arthur Frommers Budget Travel." This is a fantastic website, and my first creation was the Chocolate Chili Bites for my 5-year-old daughter. She loved them, as did my co-workers! Clotilde, you have a new fan in Chicago, IL, USA! I will be a regular visitor to C&Z for a very long time! Marc |

I think I found C&Z by googling for a recipe. I started reading and was hooked by the beautiful writing, photography, and the mouth-watering food descriptions
It's still my favorite food blog (even though I've been a bad lurker all this time and I never commented on Clotilde's posts. Shame on me and my shyness!) _________________ I always give myself such good advice, but very seldom follow it. -Alice in Wonderland |

I too was googling just a few months ago...something like interesting paris food...and came across this magical place. it is now one of my favorite places on the net. everyone, including our ilustrious clotilde, is wonderful.

I happily found C&Z while doing my weekly image search for pictures of petit-dejeuner & discovered Clotilde's terrific photos first @ FLicker and then the blog. Now it's what I look at first everyday
Merci mille fois. |

I found it through a swedish food blog about two months ago and was delighted with the way you cook and write. I had a blog before where I never wrote anything because I couldn´t come up with anything. But C&Z and other blogs I have found inspired me, and some weeks ago I transformed it into a food blog and likes it much better that way! The food blog world is so nice! Now I am going to the post office with my first BBM package...

I'm a latecomer; heard about the site from NPR, I think...
I really like reading everything here; everybody seems so knowledgeable without being "snooty".
I wish julietgb will post an empanada recipe -- especially a vegetable one |

Minkey...not an ounce of snoot here I agree...for me it feels like a wonderful eclectic mix of folk...with the common thread being food 'n drink 'n Clotilde!
am off to the markets for brazil nuts for my dear papa... _________________ "I've never accepted the external appearance of things as the whole truth. The world is much more elaborate than the nerves of our eye can tell us." - James Gleeson |

I wish I could claim it was some really wacky google search* that brought me here, but in fact, it was the recommendation in Time magazine a few months ago.
But it must have been meant to happen, because I very rarely read Time...
* Something along the lines of "zucchini & chocolate milk soup", maybe? |

I found out about C & Z from my good friend monkey. He loves cooking, eating and, of course, Clotilde! |

I was searching for Seycellois recipes on the web - my father used to live there - and I found one of your Travelling Gourmand reports. I've been an addict ever since! |
