|Most Northern Indian food utilizes amchur.
If you want recopies please let me know.
I especially recommend Parantas (stuffed bread) served with yogurt and achar (hot mango pickle is the best).
Also, eggplant barta is great.
Also, the post eating metabolism-increasing Indian tea probably similar to the one I make: This is also sold in tea bags by Yogi Tea it is the Classic India Spice flavor
Large pot of H2O
20 black pepper corns
20 green cardamom (slightly crushed
1 large piece of ginger (cut into slices)
20 Cinnamon sticks
Boil for 1 hr and then let sit out overnight.
This tea will keep in the refrigerator for ~2 weeks w/o milk in it yet.
Add milk and honey to taste.
